The Export Documentation Executive will be responsible for seamlessly managing the entire documentation lifecycle of agro commodity shipments — from pre-shipment preparation through post-shipment compliance and realisation. The role demands thorough knowledge of DGFT regulations, Customs procedures, phytosanitary certification, APEDA requirements, and trade finance documentation for markets across Africa, the GCC, and Southeast Asia. The incumbent will coordinate closely with CHAs, freight forwarders, banks, government agencies, and international buyers to ensure error-free, timely documentation for every shipment.
