Handle International and domestic sales inquiries end-to-end — RFQ receipt, quotation preparation, and order confirmation.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals mapping customer process requirements to Driplex product solutions.
Conduct pre-sales technical briefings, product presentations, and demonstrations — in-person and virtual.
Respond to technical queries from customer engineering and procurement teams with accurate, timely solutions.
Manage post-sales support: coordinate complaint resolution, warranty claims, and service escalations within agreed SLAs.
Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports and corrective action summaries for key account issues.
Maintain and update sales pipeline dashboards — inquiry status, quotation tracker, order book, and collection register — on a defined daily/weekly frequency.
Build and present internal review decks and customer-facing presentations using standard Driplex templates.
Execute planned domestic client visits for relationship development, site surveys, and deal progression; submit structured visit reports within 24 hours.




Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities during client interactions and document them in the sales tracker.
Coordinate internally with production, dispatch, and accounts to ensure on-time delivery and invoice accuracy.
Support tender responses with technical write-ups, compliance matrices, and deviation sheets.
Compile data for KPI reporting and assist the Sales Manager with MIS, pipeline reviews, and performance analysis.

Technical Solution Engineer — Qualification Criteria

Education
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institution.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a Technical or Sales role.

Skills
Valuable spoken and written English communication.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
