Outbound Calling: Make calls to prospective clients to introduce company offerings.
Inbound Support: Handle incoming calls from customers, answer queries, and resolve complaints.
Lead Qualification: Ask relevant questions to understand client needs and determine if they are qualified sales leads.
Data Management: Accurately update call logs, customer information, and feedback in CRM software.
Follow-ups: Schedule regular follow-up calls to nurture leads and close deals.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for sales or call
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
