Assist customers with hotel, flight, and travel bookings
Provide accurate and complete information using the right tools
Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions
Eligibility Criteria:
Undergraduate / Graduate (Any Stream)
Minimum 6 months of BPO International Process experience (mandatory)
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
