Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms and the company website.
Create and update product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing.
Monitor inventory and ensure stock availability across all online channels.
Process and coordinate customer orders, returns, and refunds.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order dispatch.
Monitor marketplace performance, sales, and customer feedback.
Respond to customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
Analyze sales reports and recommend strategies to improve performance.
Ensure product information, pricing, and promotions are accurate.
Work with the marketing team on SEO, digital marketing, and advertising campaigns.
Monitor competitor pricing, products, and market trends.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
