Job Purpose

Responsible for supervising the restaurant service team and ensuring smooth operations, excellent guest service, and adherence to quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the service team during shifts.
Welcome guests and ensure prompt, qualified service.
Allocate tables/sections and monitor service standards.
Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily updates.
Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments.
Handle guest requests and resolve service issues professionally.
Ensure menu knowledge, order accuracy, and proper food presentation.
Monitor staff grooming, discipline, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Support training and development of service staff.
Assist with billing, stock control, and other operational duties as required.





Requirements
2–4 years of restaurant/hospitality experience.
Previous experience as a Captain, Team Leader, or Senior Waiter preferred.
Robust communication and leadership skills.
Positive knowledge of food and beverage service.
Customer-focused, organized, and able to work under pressure.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
