About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters and maintain recruitment documentation.
Facilitate employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR activities.
Coordinate with restaurant and corporate teams to fulfill manpower requirements.
