Key Responsibilities

Electrical Design
Lead the design and engineering of electrical systems including:
BLD, SLD, Power & Control Circuits.
PLC Configuration
Transformers and switchgear
Motor control centers (MCCs)
Cable routing and cable schedules
electrical drawings, layouts, and specifications & developing Control Philosophies.
Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes and standards.

Automation & Control System Design
Develop automation architecture and control philosophies.
Design PLC and HMI systems.
Prepare I/O lists, control narratives, and functional design specifications.
Design instrumentation and industrial communication networks.
Review software design, logic diagrams, and automation documentation.

Engineering Management
Lead a team of electrical and automation engineers and designers.
Plan engineering schedules, resource allocation, and project deliverables.
Conduct design reviews and technical audits.
Ensure quality, safety, and technical excellence throughout the design process.

Project Coordination




Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
Support procurement activities through technical evaluations.
Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, and startup support.
Manage project risks, changes, and technical clarifications.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in engineering software such as:
AutoCAD
Project management and team leadership skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:
Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
