Perform daily rounds and assess admitted patients. Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and clinical progress of patients. Implement treatment plans prescribed by consultants/specialists. Respond to medical emergencies. Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation. Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments for patient care. Order and interpret lab tests, imaging, and diagnostic procedures. Ensure timely medication administration and follow-up. Prepare discharge summaries and patient reports. Counsel patients and families regarding treatment and care plans. Take preaprations & assist in Procedures.
