Role: Field Trial & Demonstration Specialist
Location: Anywhere in Bihar (Solid preference for Nalanda)
Compensation Budget: ₹20,000 / month + Travel Allowance (TA)
Target Start Date: Immediate
Core Responsibilities:
Manage and execute local field trials for our agricultural products.
Conduct live product demonstrations to educate farmers and stakeholders.
Monitor crop progress, collect field data, and report on performance metrics.
Educational background in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related discipline.
Hands-on experience with field trials and direct farmer engagement.
Fluency in the local language and a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
