Job Title: Business Development Executive - Education Industry

Location: Mumbai (Field Sales Role)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within schools and educational institutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, administrators, and key decision-makers
Execute end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, presentations, negotiation, and closure
Promote and sell Drawing stationary and drawing competetion in the school.
Conduct in-person meetings, product demos, and presentations at schools
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and provide regular sales reports
Stay updated on trends in the education sector and competitor offerings

Mandatory Requirements
Prior experience in selling to schools is mandatory:
Excellent oral and written communication skills (mandatory):




Willingness to work in a field sales role with regular travel within the city

Preferred Qualifications (Strong Plus)
Experience with school book publications, ed-tech products, or academic solutions:
Existing network of school contacts
Ability to understand school curriculum and academic requirements

Key Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Negotiation and relationship-building abilities
Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
Good organizational and reporting skills

Compensation
Market-market-competitive salary + performance-based incentives
Travel and Mobile reimbursement

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
