Position - Maintenance Executive
Location - Surat
(Adaptable to work on weekend & Public holiday)
Responsible for complete building and facility maintenance.
Prior experience in building maintenance is preferred.
Handle electrical, plumbing, civil, and carpentry repairs.
Ensure smooth functioning of all utilities including AC, lighting, and power backup.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
Coordinate repair and maintenance of gaming equipment and infrastructure.
Maintain maintenance logs and service records.
Ensure safety compliance and immediate hazard resolution.
Coordinate with external vendors and monitor AMC services.
Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
Attend emergency breakdowns and resolve issues promptly.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
