Job : Shift Supervisor - 1. Position: Shift Supervisor - responsible for managing all operations during an assigned shift 2. Team Management: Supervise, guide, and support workers to ensure smooth workflow and productivity 3. Target Achievement: Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure daily/ hourly targets are met 4. Quality Control: Check output quality and ensure company standards and SOPs are followed 5. Problem Solving: Handle machine issues, staff shortages, and customer/ production problems on the spot 6.
