Guest Service: Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
Order Taking: Take accurate food & beverage orders and communicate them clearly.
Table Service: Serve food and beverages professionally and maintain table standards.
Menu Knowledge: Understand menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to assist guests.
Upselling: Suggest suitable dishes, beverages, and add-ons to improve guest experience and sales.
Teamwork: Coordinate with Captains, kitchen, and other service team members.
Cleanliness: Keep tables, service areas, and side stations clean and organized.
Guest Support: Respond quickly to guest requests and handle basic concerns professionally.
Billing Support: Assist with bill checking and payment procedures when required.
Ideal Candidate: Valuable communication, positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
