Production Executive

Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
Oversee end-to-end production planning and execution of events.
Keep healthy relations with the management of the venues to reduce resistance.
Manage venue timeline, production timelines, vendor coordination, and on-site setups.
Ensure all setups are executed as per approved layouts, mood boards, and client expectations.
Team & Department Management
Supervise and guide the production team to ensure seamless coordination and execution.
Ensure strict adherence to all production-related SOPs and reporting formats within the department.
Conduct regular huddle meetings to align team members and communicate updates.
Conduct training programs for the production team and ensure skill development.
Collaboration, Coordination & Vendor Relations
Work closely with the Creative Department to bring event concepts to life through feasible production plans.
R&D; for recent materials, fabrics backed with sampling and sourcing.




Collaborate with vendors and other internal departments to ensure smooth and timely execution.
Build and maintain robust vendor relationships for reliability, quality, and competitive pricing.
Lead negotiations with vendors to secure the best rates, terms, and services.
Oversee the alignment and responsibilities of the production team to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
In office Supervision & Safety
Conduct site visits, recces, and pre-event planning meetings with stakeholders.
Handle last-minute troubleshooting and real-time problem-solving during events.
Ensure all safety protocols and compliance standards are followed at the event venue.
Reporting & Communication
Maintain clear communication with the Production Manager(HOD) management to align with company vision.
Submit weekly and monthly departmental reports to the management.
Develop new processes or streamline current ones to improve operational efficiency.
