Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Associate to promote and sell CRM software solutions to Real Estate Builders & Developers.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate current leads through cold calling, networking, and digital channels
Present and demonstrate CRM software solution to prospective Real estate & Developers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for smooth on boarding
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
5 - 6 years of sales experience (preferably in software/ERP/CRM solutions)




Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of CRM systems
Ability to explain technical concepts in straightforward terms
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B sales

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of leads generated
Conversion rate
Revenue achieved vs. Target
Customer retention rate

Work Workplace:
Office-based with field sales visits
It involves client meetings, demos, and presentations

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
