Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Financial Operations
Manage daily accounting activities, including recording financial transactions and maintaining the general ledger using Xero.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Prepare and review invoices, payment vouchers, credit notes, and journal entries.
Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate records of receipts and payments.
Reconcile customer and supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee depreciation schedules.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Perform bank feed reconciliations and monitor transaction accuracy.
Set up and maintain a chart of accounts, contacts, and tracking categories.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
