Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay.
Manage check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to keep the properties in pristine condition.
Monitor bookings, update property listings, and manage pricing on Airbnb and other platforms.
Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure everything is in order.
Provide local recommendations to guests, enhancing their overall stay experience.
Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate restocking as needed.
Ensure compliance with Airbnb guidelines and local regulations.

Requirements:
Prior experience as an Airbnb host, co-host, or property manager is preferred.
Own conveyance is mandatory, as the properties are 30 minutes apart.




Strong communication and organizational skills.
A friendly and approachable personality with a guest-centric mindset.
Ability to handle unexpected situations with poise and efficiency.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to manage Airbnb listings and communications.
Familiarity with the Coorg area is a plus.
