Manage day-to-day school operations efficiently.
Ensure compliance with school policies, safety standards, and government regulations.
Prepare academic calendars, timetables, examination schedules, and event plans.
Supervise admissions, attendance, records, documentation, and reporting systems.
Maintain infrastructure, classroom readiness, and learning resources.

Academics
Plan, implement, and monitor the academic curriculum for Nursery, Kindergarten, and Primary grades.
Ensure effective lesson planning, classroom delivery, activity-based learning, and continuous assessment.
Promote spoken English, phonics, reading habits, creativity, and experiential learning.
Monitor students’ academic progress and implement improvement plans.

Faculty Development Programs
Recruit, mentor, train, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
Conduct regular classroom observations and performance reviews.
Organize teacher training programs, workshops,



and career development activities.
Use cutting-edge teaching methodologies and child-centric learning practices

Student Development Programs
Ensure holistic development of students including academics, communication, behaviour, ethics, and co-curricular participation.
Maintain student discipline through positive and constructive approaches.
Ensure child safety, emotional wellbeing, hygiene, and inclusive learning practices.
Encourage participation in cultural, sports, literary, and social activities.

Parent & Community Relations
Build solid relationships with parents through regular communication and meetings.
Address parent concerns professionally and promptly.
Promote the school’s reputation and community goodwill.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
