Job Title:Assistant Manager Quality

Reports to:Manager Quality

Role Type:Individual Contributor

Job Location:Bavla, Ahmedabad (Nodal Pick-up Drop available from Ahmedabad)

Shift:5 Days + Alternate Saturdays will be working

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: Mechanical / B.E- Mechanical
Years of experience:
BE Mechanical engineer: Minimum 4 -10 years of relevant experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
Quality Management system




Create & review the QMS documents Control plan, SOP, Check list as per ISO 9001:2015 standard.
AAR- QMS - M934 & M1003 - implementation in the plant
Develop & Implement QAP as per RDSO requirement
Quality Auditing
Conduct the Internal / external audits according to ISO 9001:2015, Product audit, Process audit, AAR audit as per standard.
Manufacturing Process Quality
Drive Zero defect approach in channel & create the culture for First time right quality
Implementation of QMS on channel (Control plan, PFMEA, SOP)
Drive the Scrap/Loss/Rework improvement project though A3 Problem solving /Kaizen/Daily Management tool.
Drive process capability improvement on channel
Engineering change management and risk analysis
Customer Quality
Represent SKF & factory during customer audits in positive & proactive manner. Review and close the gaps identify during the customer audit & updating of QMS documents as stan
