Competitive Careers Pvt. Ltd. is a leading education consulting firm based in Ahmedabad, India. We are expanding our UK Division and are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Senior Counselor to lead UK counseling operations.

Role Overview

The Senior Counselor - UK will focus on two key pillars:
Student Convergence: Managing the full student journey from inquiry to enrollment.
Course & University Matching: Providing career-aligned recommendations with a solid focus on employability, Graduate Route eligibility, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth one-on-one counseling sessions for aspiring UK students.
Assess academic profiles, career goals, and budgets to recommend suitable courses and universities.
Educate students on the UK visa landscape, including UKVI policy and the Graduate Route.
Address student concerns around ROI, tuition costs, and post-study salary outcomes.
Achieve monthly enrollment targets and maintain accurate CRM records.
Coordinate with the UK B2B department and university representatives.




Stay updated on UK immigration policy changes and scholarship opportunities.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in UK education counseling or international student admissions.
Deep knowledge of UK universities, course structures, entry requirements, and UKVI regulations.
Proven track record in student conversion and meeting enrollment targets.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative counseling skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and documentation.
Ability to handle complex concerns regarding visa compliance and financial planning.
