Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Retail Sales Officer to join IRTH by Titan. The role involves delivering a premium shopping experience, understanding customer needs, recommending products, and achieving store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and understand their requirements and preferences.
Assist customers in selecting handbags, wallets, accessories and other IRTH products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Demonstrate robust product knowledge and communicate product features effectively.
Provide an excellent and personalized customer experience.
Maintain product displays, visual merchandising and store standards.
Handle billing,



POS transactions and customer queries.
Maintain stock, product availability and store inventory.
Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Support daily store operations and promotional activities.

Candidate Profile:
12th Pass / Graduate.
13 years of experience in retail, fashion, handbags, lifestyle, premium or luxury brands preferred.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Sales-oriented with a positive and confident personality.
Well-groomed and comfortable working in a premium retail workplace.
Basic computer/POS knowledge.
Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
