KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle accounting and tax
related tasks using TurboTax.
Resolve customer queries related to TurboTax.
Assist with foreign accounting processes.
Troubleshoot technical issues with TurboTax.
Review and maintain accurate financial records.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
Maintain proper documentation of support cases.
Stay updated on TurboTax features and accounting standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
Experience or strong knowledge of TurboTax is mandatory.
Knowledge or experience in foreign accounting (US, UK,



Canada or other international accounting practices) is preferred.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills to handle queries.
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
Salary:25,000 - 40,000 per month (based on skills and experience).
