Job Summary

The Marketing Assistant supports the Marketing Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing, promotional, branding, and event-related activities of the mall. The role involves tenant coordination, vendor follow-up, social media support, event execution, documentation, and day-to-day marketing operations to enhance customer engagement and increase mall footfall.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Support
Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Support the preparation of marketing plans, reports, and presentations.
Maintain records of marketing activities and campaign performance.

Event Coordination
Assist in organizing mall events, exhibitions, promotional activities, and seasonal campaigns.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, performers, and event organizers.
Ensure proper setup and execution of events within timelines.




Monitor event activities and provide post-event feedback.

Tenant Coordination
Coordinate with mall tenants regarding promotional activities and events.
Assist tenants in marketing-related requirements and communications.
Collect promotional materials and information from tenants for marketing campaigns.

Digital Marketing Support
Assist in managing social media platforms and digital campaigns.
Coordinate content collection, photography, videography, and creative requirements.
Help prepare social media posts, promotional content, and customer engagement activities.
Monitor social media inquiries and coordinate responses.

Vendor Management
Follow up with marketing vendors, agencies, printers, and service providers.
Coordinate the production and installation of marketing materials, banners, and signage.
Ensure timely delivery of marketing requirements.
