Position: Junior Account Executive
Location: Dhulagarh, West Bengal
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month
Experience Required: 5 Years

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts and daily bookkeeping records.
Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
Calculate, deduct, and reconcile TDS as per applicable regulations.
Generate and manage E-Way Bills for dispatch and logistics operations.
Record and reconcile sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Prepare bank reconciliations and vendor/customer ledger reconciliations.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure proper maintenance of accounting documents and records.
Support management with financial reports and MIS as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and E-Way Bill generation.




Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Positive analytical and reconciliation skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience in manufacturing, trading, or logistics industries.
Knowledge of GST portal and income tax compliance procedures.
Familiarity with ERP systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
