Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Review, evaluate, and moderate content including text, images, videos, comments, and user profiles.
Identify and remove content that violates platform guidelines.
Ensure a safe and positive user experience by enforcing community standards.
Escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior moderation teams.
Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and decisions.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Stay updated on policy changes and moderation procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams to address content-related issues.

Eligibility CriteriaFreshers
Any graduate or undergraduate.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Willingness to learn content moderation policies and tools.
1+ years of experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, Customer Support, Quality Analysis, or related fields.
Familiarity with moderation tools and online community management is preferred.
