 Selling the merchandise in their section to the customer gauging their requirements, interests and tastes

Principle Accountabilities

Sales and Stock

 Responsible for the achievement of the target assigned

 Daily stock check and indenting with the supervision of the SOMASP

 Stock verification and storage of fresh stock

 Preparing the stock reports

Relationship Management

 Providing excellent service to the customer during the sales process

 Handling customer objections

 Post sale follow up with customers as per the responsibility assigned

 Responsible for extending sale and influencing the customer to purchase more

 Briefing the customer about, value added services offered by the Kirtilals.

Visual Merchandising & Display





 Display of Jewellery within the counters in the specified format and its maintenance

 Display of VM kits in the mood windows, its maintenance and periodic change

 Display of POP material, festival VM material or other promotional display material and its removal after the indented period

 Ensuring cleanliness and positive housekeeping within the showroom.
