Manage overall OT operations and daily scheduling.
Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, nursing, CSSD, and support departments.
Ensure OT readiness for all planned and emergency surgeries.
Supervise OT technicians, nurses, and support staff.
Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower allocation.
Ensure compliance with infection control and aseptic protocols.
Implement and monitor WHO Surgical Safety Checklist.
Ensure availability of instruments, implants, consumables, and medications.
Monitor maintenance and functionality of OT equipment.
Ensure proper sterilization and biomedical waste management.
Maintain OT records, reports, and documentation.
Conduct audits and ensure NABH compliance.
Monitor OT quality indicators and patient safety measures.
Organize staff training and competency assessments.
Control inventory, resource utilization, and operational costs.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure emergency preparedness and availability of life-saving equipment.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
