Ensure compliance with SOPs, operational processes, and safety standards.
Audit inbound, outbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
Monitor shrinkage, damages, expiries, and inventory losses, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare audit reports with findings, root cause analysis, and improvement recommendations.
Follow up on audit observations and ensure timely closure of action items.
Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to improve compliance.
Track key audit metrics and share periodic reports with stakeholders.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
