Requirement for Rocks Wooden Interior & Construction

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain interior design, renovation, and construction services.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Schedule client meetings and site visits.
Maintain customer databases and call records.
Follow up with existing and potential clients.
Handle customer inquiries professionally.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:
Minimum 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and basic English.
Robust convincing and negotiation skills.
Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary & Benefits:
₹10,500 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
