Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven real estate professional to manage luxury residential and commercial property transactions. The role involves working closely with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, handling end-to-end deal processes, and contributing to business growth through strong sales performance and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Understand and manage client requirements for buying, selling, and leasing luxury residential and commercial properties
Conduct property site visits, client meetings, property assessments, and valuations
Manage end-to-end transaction lifecycle including negotiations, documentation, and deal closures
Build and maintain solid relationships with HNIs/UHNIs, developers, builders, and channel partners




Identify new business opportunities and support overall business development initiatives
Stay updated with market trends, pricing strategies, and luxury property inventory
Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and transactions using CRM systems
Prepare reports and maintain data using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong experience in real estate broking (minimum 5 years)
Proven expertise in luxury real estate transactions is preferred
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Robust communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-oriented setting
High level of professionalism and client relationship management
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting systems
