Key Responsibilities:
Generate new B2B business opportunities across various industries.
Promote the company's Recruitment and Manpower Supply services.
Build and maintain solid relationships with corporate clients.
Coordinate manpower requirements and IT hiring calls.
Understand client hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
Maintain client databases and prepare daily activity reports.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written English communication is mandatory.
Confidence in interacting with corporate clients.
Basic knowledge of recruitment, manpower services, or B2B client handling is preferred.
Self-motivated with good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Important Note:
Salary: As per experience + Performance Incentives
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹13,969.74 - ₹30,000.00 per month
