About the job:
The role is focused on User Access Management (UAM) within the SAP landscape, with a solid emphasis on SAP Security and Access Management)

Main responsibilities:
To support proper UAM transition from Projects Hypercare to RUN organizations;
To handle SAP Role design,



build and test for RUN and projects in a growing scenario;
To provide expertise and support on projects requirements gathering, planning and UAM resources estimates;
To support UAM Project teams and act as owner for UAM deliverables. To address risks and issues in a timely manner;
To support ERP AMS UAM and SAP GRC and/or Sailpoint teams, while safeguarding the UAM core model by working closely with offshore support teams in maintaining and assessing of operational requirements and service issues for improvement opportunities;
To support UAM solution, playing a role in UAM change and incident management processes with a proper tasks prioritization;
To support and address UAM escalations, incidents, security breaches, audit points. To support users in cooperation with Digital and Business stakeholders;
To review metrics, monitor KPIs and escalate on the potential resource gaps;
