Role Overview

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media content and strategies across multiple platforms. This role requires someone who is creative, trend-aware, organized, and capable of handling end-to-end social media execution — from strategy and content creation to collaborations and audience engagement.

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
Plan monthly content calendars and campaign strategies

Suggest creative ideas to improve reach, engagement, and brand visibility

Content Creation
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
Write captions, scripts, hooks, and content copy
Coordinate and create reels, videos, graphics, carousels, and storytelling content
Participate in content shoots and creative brainstorming sessions
Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity

Collaboration & Influencer Management
Identify influencers, creators, and collaboration opportunities
Coordinate partnership campaigns and promotional collaborations
Build relationships with brands, creators, and online communities

Social Media Management
Schedule and publish content across social platforms
Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement
Track analytics and prepare performance reports
