Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience & Interview)

Conexus Network Solution is a rapid-growing ITES company based in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai. We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth through domestic and international client acquisition in the Web Development and Digital Marketing domain.

Key Responsibilities
Generate business prospects through B2B lead generation and sales prospecting
Acquire clients through online platforms such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, and other marketplaces
Identify and develop current business opportunities in domestic and international markets
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT and digital marketing solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and Scope of Work documents




Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities
Re-qualify leads generated through campaigns, events, referrals, and other sources
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in IT Sales, Web Development Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales
Knowledge of Web Development and Digital Marketing services
Familiarity with technologies such as WordPress, Shopify, PHP, JavaScript, etc.
Strong lead generation and business development skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to interact confidently with domestic and international clients
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and performance-driven attitude
