Job Opening - Customer Service Provider (CSP)
Locations: Virar, Boisar, Palghar & Kalyan

Position: Customer Service Provider (CSP)
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and enroll eligible customers for JLG microfinance loans.
Conduct group formation, center meetings, and customer verification.
Support loan disbursement and collection activities.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers in assigned areas.
Ensure compliance with company policies and field procedures.
Eligibility:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Positive communication and fieldwork skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
