Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Experience Required: 2+ Years

Required Experience:
Customer service/support experience
Documentation and record management
Ability to quote commercial trucking insurance policies through Progressive, GEICO, Cover Whale, and other insurance portals

Responsibilities:
Maintain proper documentation and reports
Coordinate with clients and internal teams
Resolve customer issues professionally and within timelines
Ensure smooth processing of customer requests

Skills Required:
Valuable verbal and written communication
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.)
Ability to multitask and manage customer relationships

Preffered -Experience in Insurance, Logistics, or Travel Insurance industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
