About the Role

FraudFree helps investors file complaints and pursue cases against brokers and unregistered entities for SEBI violations. We're looking for a sharp, responsible Drafting Executive who can speak directly with clients, understand their case in depth, and manage documentation cleanly through every step of the filing process.

Key Responsibilities
Talk to clients over the phone, understand their case thoroughly, and communicate with them in their own language (Hindi/Hinglish comfortable).
Draft a proper complaint.
Collect, document, and organize all proof and evidence shared by the client
Maintain proper, structured documentation for each case for smooth handling of further steps
Proofread and review every complaint generated before submission, checking for accuracy, clarity, tone, and factual consistency
Ensure all filings are error-free and ready for regulatory submission
Coordinate with the internal legal/consultation team to keep cases moving





Requirements:
Solid command of written and spoken English
Excellent communication skills, confident and clear on the phone with clients
Sharp, smart, and detail-oriented, with solid proofreading ability
Responsible and reliable enough to own case documentation end-to-end
Ability to understand client cases quickly and document them accurately

Positive to Have
Familiarity with SEBI regulations, broker complaints, or investment/financial matters
Prior experience in legal, compliance, or KPO documentation
