Sourced and hired specialists for positions including Tender Executive, Bid Manager, Proposal Engineer, Estimation Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Contracts Engineer, Planning Engineer, and Procurement Executive.
Coordinated with Tender Department Heads, Business Development teams, and Project Managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
Scheduled and coordinated technical interviews with department stakeholders.
Managed salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and pre-employment verification processes.




Ensured timely closure of critical positions to support tender submissions and project execution schedules.
Assisted in onboarding, documentation, and induction of current employees.
Built talent pools for future tendering and project-based hiring requirements.
