About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Software Sales Representative with a robust medical/pharma background (MR profile preferred) to promote and sell healthcare software solutions to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell healthcare/medical software products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and networking.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features and perks to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the technical/support team for successful product implementation.




Maintain daily sales reports, client feedback, and market intelligence.
Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Attend medical conferences, healthcare events, and promotional activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, or related field.
1+ year of experience in Medical Representative (MR), Pharma Sales, Healthcare Sales, or Software Sales.
Good understanding of healthcare industry practices and hospital workflows.
Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel locally for client meetings and field sales activities.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Experience in selling healthcare software, EMR/EHR, HMS, or SaaS products is an added advantage.
Valuable network with doctors, clinics, and hospitals preferred.
