Purpose of the Role:
This is a rare and distinctive role at the intersection of People, Technology, and AI.

You will own Keyloop’s People Technology ecosystem and HR data infrastructure, including rebuilding a Python-based analytics platform connected to our data lake and core HR systems. This platform will deliver secure, SSO-enabled insights and power reporting across People Analytics, Talent Acquisition, L&D;, and Engagement.



You will also lead integrations with systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.

Alongside this, you will act as an internal expert in agentic AI. You will enable teams to confidently use AI and data, combining hands-on building with solid teaching and influencing.

Operating with high autonomy, you will partner with senior leadership to shape both what we build and how AI is adopted globally.

Role & Resonsibilities:
Own and evolve Keyloop’s People Data Platform and HR analytics dashboard (Python/Streamlit), delivering insights via SSO
Design and maintain data architecture (pipelines, schemas, models) across SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems
Manage API integrations and data access with core platforms and third-party vendors
Deliver insights across People Metrics, TA, L&D;, and Engagement, partnering with functional leads
Own BAU reporting, driving accuracy, automation, and self-service adoption
