Flexo Machine Operator (Stack Type)
Location: Vatar,vapi
Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and set up Stack Type Flexo Printing Machine.
Ensure accurate color matching, print registration, and print quality.
Mount printing plates and set printing cylinders.
Prepare and maintain ink viscosity as per job requirements.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during production.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.
Minimize wastage and machine downtime.
Maintain production records and machine logs.
Follow production schedules and ensure timely job completion.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.

Requirements:




Minimum 3 years of experience operating Stack Type Flexo Printing Machines.
Experience in adaptable packaging, labels, or printing industry is mandatory.
Solid knowledge of plate mounting, color matching, print registration, and ink mixing.
Ability to troubleshoot machine-related issues independently.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
