Role Objective

We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to spearhead project sales, build a robust channel network, and lead a high-performing sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth, taking ownership of high-value negotiations and shaping the customer conversion strategy from lead generation to final closure.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Team Leadership
Drive Revenue: Develop and execute comprehensive project sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of sales executives and site office staff, ensuring high motivation, accountability, and performance.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate lead reports, track conversion metrics, and generate reliable sales forecasts for senior leadership.
Business Development & Channel Management
Network Expansion: Identify, recruit, and develop a solid network of brokers and channel partners to amplify market reach and generate quality leads.
Marketing Alignment:



Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns that drive site footfall and brand awareness.
Customer Acquisition & Deal Closure
High-Value Deal Structuring: Take the lead on complex negotiations and manage relationships with high-net-worth (HNI) and premium customers.
Collections & Compliance: Ensure timely payment collections from customers in coordination with the accounts and operations teams to maintain healthy cash flow.
