Plan, organize, and supervise all operations within the assigned block.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of field staff and supervisors.
Set operational targets and ensure timely achievement of business objectives.
Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and employee performance evaluation.
Resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and employee grievances.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and local stakeholders.
