Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion leaders (KOLs)
Drive all clinical educational programs for respective zones
Assist the National Clinical Manager in the various projects like establishing centres of excellence, creating and managing advisory boards, DFU Clinics, Care Clinics, creating clinical evidence, influencing national / regional guidelines, conducting high impact clinical programs etc.
Provide market feedback on customer or product issues experienced in the field and also areas of interest or potential research for future product development
Provide clinical and technical support to the internal team or partner stakeholders. This includes problem-solving,



provision of technical details for tender preparation, product demonstrations and any questions of a clinical or technical nature
Regularly liaise with the Global Learning Centre, Product Development, Medical Affairs and Applied Research such that a wide view of the organizations educational and technical activities can be maintained
Ensure the Clinical Manager’s own clinical expertise and qualified competence remains current and relevant so that the role’s primary objective can be met
Field work with the sales team on a regular basis
To represent the organization in various national and international conferences and share the latest developments in the domain
Demonstrates a sound understanding of industry/clinical/technical issues to facilitate development of explicit, concise materials
Represents the organization in delivering education to internal and external stakeholders.
