Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a premium and personalized service experience.
Receive vehicles, accurately diagnose customer concerns, and prepare detailed repair orders.
Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely, high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Provide customers with repair estimates, explain technical recommendations, and obtain necessary approvals.
Keep customers informed about job progress, delivery timelines, and any additional work required.
Ensure all warranty, service records, invoices, and documentation are completed accurately in the Dealer Management System.
Deliver vehicles after repair, explain the work performed, and achieve high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
