Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard Life Insurance Advisors.
Conduct field recruitment drives, meetings, and interviews.
Build and develop a high-performing advisor team.
Train, motivate, and guide advisors to achieve business targets.
Support advisors in lead generation and customer acquisition.
Coordinate with branch operations and ensure timely documentation.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.

Eligibility
Graduate / Post Graduate preferred
Experience in Insurance, BFSI, Sales, or Recruitment is preferred.
Solid communication and leadership skills.
Ability to travel locally for recruitment and business development.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
