Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, verify, and maintain day-to-day accounting records.
Handle Goods Receipt And Issue checking supplier invoices against Receipt and coordinating with the warehouse team.
Perform accurate data entry of purchase invoices, sales invoices, and expense bills into the accounting system.
Assist in reconciling vendor accounts and following up for discrepancies.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts-related records.




Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, sales, procurement) for accounting data and clarifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in accounting.
Basic knowledge of:
Data entry
Basics Of Accounting
MS Excel and basic computer operations
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and strong numerical ability.
Willingness to learn accounting processes and company systems.
Basic Knowledge of accounting software (ERP, Tally)
