Role Overview

Gate Manufacturing Private Limited is looking for an experienced Engineering Head to lead design, tooling, and product development activities. The role involves working on machined components and stamping tools, ensuring design feasibility, supporting production, and driving recent product development.

Key Responsibilities
Lead engineering design and development of machined components.
Design and develop stamping tools (progressive / compound tools).
Evaluate product feasibility and support production processes.
Support RFQ and costing teams with technical inputs.
Drive current product development (NPD) projects.
Coordinate with production, quality, and project teams.




Maintain engineering documentation and standards.
Lead and develop engineering team.
Drive continuous improvement in design and processes.

Required Skills:
Engineering Design & Tooling Expertise
Stamping Tool Design (Progressive / Compound)
Manufacturing Process Knowledge (CNC, Machining)
NPD & Product Development
Problem Solving & Technical Analysis
Team Leadership & Coordination

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
8 - 10 years of experience in engineering/design roles
Solid experience in machined components and stamping tools
Experience in industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, or Engineering Manufacturing
