Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales & Market Development Executive to drive sales and market expansion for SpiceRoots in Ujjain and surrounding areas.

The role involves extensive field visits, retailer onboarding, HORECA sales, market research, lead generation, customer relationship management, and local brand-building activities.

Key Responsibilities
Retail Sales Development
Visit grocery stores, kirana stores, supermarkets, provision stores, and spice retailers daily.
Introduce SpiceRoots products and schemes.
Generate current retailer orders.
Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
Develop robust retailer relationships.
Follow up for repeat orders.
HORECA & Institutional Sales
Visit and develop business from:_
Restaurants
Hotels
Cafes
Caterers
Tiffin services
Cloud kitchens
Bakeries, etc.
Responsibilities include:_
Product presentations
Sampling activities
Requirement analysis
Order generation
Customer retention
Market Intelligence

Collect and report:
Competitor pricing
